Useless Chat agents who do not have a clue how to resolve billing issues.

Ridiculous service from the chatbot agents. They do not even read the query or responses and just respond for the sake of it. I am trying for days now to change my banking details and they keep sending me a link with a zero value to debit which will obviously be debited from the bank, but they are debiting the R5 successfully each time, I have explained this more than 20 times to the agent, but they are so clueless. Webafrica shame on you! You do not even have a customer care number to customers to call for assistance or billing enquires, we just have your chat agents who are clueless. I asked the agent to get someone to call me and they say there are no agents to call, just the chat bot agents. So, I need to keep trying to make payment after I have tried for 4 days now, and they have disconnected my services!!!!!
