VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The first 12 months we had no problems maybe once or twice. As soon the 12 months passed, every week or 2 there will be issues.

There is no one to contact except on the whatsapp chat where you talk to a bot, and request to speak to an agent. After you get in touch with your agent, you need to reprogram everything yourself, with their instructions. And usually to get all this done it takes about 2 hours of my own time.

The most recent issue I have with them, Is being disconnected on the backend, and they said it will take 48 Business hours to get it back and running. They are able to disconnect it fast. But to connect it again it takes so long? The next day when I asked if there is any update they just said that I need to wait 48business hours again because there was a problem. (So now the 48 hour peroid restarts and i'm still without wifi, going for the 4th day tomorrow)

I would not recommend this service provider at all.
