Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid Webafrica!

If I could give Webafrica zero stars, I would. Their customer service is a joke, and the entire process of trying to get fibre installed has been nothing but a frustrating waste of time and money.

I placed my order, followed every step they asked, submitted all necessary documents, and still, NOTHING happened. Every time I followed up, I was given the same excuse that it was “being processed.” Then, after waiting unnecessarily long, I was suddenly told they had the wrong provider for my area, forcing me to pay an additional fee - only to later find out that fibre isn’t even live in my area!

To make matters worse, they had no urgency in resolving the issue. I’ve now had to go with another provider, and I’m still dealing with the headache of canceling and stopping the debit order. Webafrica is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and, honestly, go elsewhere.
