Useless and bad service. Cancellation wasn't done by consultant

Why is their no -10 Star for useless, non user friendly service. Webafrica is terrible customer, and their website to cancel is terrible. Sure it is deliberately. I cancelled my contract on website 1st August. To make sure cancelled on whatsapp. Consultant requested I must proof other company is cheaper. I ignored it, I don't need to proof anything. Consultant never cancelled. Now they want me to pay for another month and then cancel. Who on earth does Webafrica think they are? Useless, very expensive Fibre. I have the right to cancel without proofing how much I will pay at new provider
