How do you confirm a refund and not adjust my payment?

I asked for a refund for the days you had the service offline. I had to speak to several agents who confirmed my next deduction will be less and yet you still go and deduct your full total!.

This company sucks! I am looking for a better service provider from today,and if you are considering Webafrica/Vuma,dont!.
