I am new. Got a sim for internet sim for 499 per month uncapped. Kn my account it shows 699, soelymy name wrong

Received sim card, doesn't work in our router, they have none in stock, no help or Suggestions nothing. Just passed to 5 different agents.

When I want to cancel they pass to yet another agent for despatch of a router?

Can't talk to a real person. Whatsapp line is useless. I've been on a chat for the past 4 hours. Nothing.
