Useless

I’d rate no star at all. I got my LTE MTN sim yesterday, I received APN and managed to log in. It only worked for an hour and it stopped working. Even after attempts of putting sim in the phone it doesn’t work. On my router it doesn’t pick 4G anymore. Only 3G and doesn’t connect at all. The hassle, been chatting to a hot whole of yesterday and today waiting to be connected to an agent. Like ***!! I’m so annoyed and I’m working from home. Now it’s a struggle to get this resolved. I want to cancel
