USELESS
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have paid my "admin fee", and was told that I could expect my router in two to three business days, well, tomorrow would have been the third day, so I contacted them to find out if I would be getting it tomorrow. I was told, "No", as I had not sent in any pictures of the original installation by Metrofibre, my answer, "No one asked me for pictures as proof." They said that if I supp**** the pictures today, I could then only expect my router next week. Requested my "admin fee" back. Useless bunch of salespeople.

01 Mar 2024, 14:30I see that no one from Webafrica monitors Hellopeter, as no replies have been made to anybodys comments. Thes idiots made me pay twice for their "admin fee", but even after I cancelled, read above, they will only pay me back for one "admin fee" Anyone want to go with these guys, DONT, run far away.
