USELESS!!!!!

The worst ISP I have ever dealt with! They are quick to deduct their monthly subscription fees but issues are not being resolved! I have been trying for three days now to cancel my subscription as they insisist on a months notice, but even that is being ignored. I keep on getting the message on whatsapp (the platform THEY stated to be used) that I have to go "get a cuppa" and that an agent will be with me shortly, only to have the next message show that "it seems there hasn't been communication between me and the agent for some time" and that the chat is being closed! I AM STIIL WAITING FOR AN AGENT TO SPEAK TO ME!!!!
