Useless

I asked webafrica now 3 times to cancel my membership with them they say they cant till i pay them they advertise month to month so why do i need to pay if i didnt use anything and my internet is off and also they keep debitting my account after i told them i did pay them they confirm I did not but many fights with fnb confirms I did I cant go on like this
