Useless!!!

<p>Never ever have i had so many problems from the day that we sign up with them. We sign up 6 accounts with them and al 6 is mixed up, when you sign up they told you that you pay ex amount including the line. After month you get a telkom bill saying your service is going to be suspended due to none payment. Email webafrica yes you need to pay your telkom line seperetely. You paying webafrica for the ADSL line and the data.... That is not what they tell you when you sign up. Very dissapointed with them. I am going to cancel all our contracts with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>When ever you phoning them you can not speak to anyone to assist you. They seriously need someone who can help with complaints.</p> <p> </p>
