Useless

I am utterly disappointed after I made a payment in September, my address could not be picked up by the agent that signed me up , she said installation takes 2 days after the payment.Address could not pick up , so I requested a refund, refund was supposedly processed on October it is now November it was never installed yet I'm receiving billing emails , after the cancelation.Other agents when following up each gives a different story when initially I received am email for the refund and it said it will take 3_5 days ,this is pathetic
