Urgent: Debit Order Mandate Abuse & Suspension of Line
In August, my line was suspended without any valid reason. Following this, my debit order mandate was loaded separately for one invoice amount, which is not part of my DebiCheck agreement. This constitutes debit order mandate abuse.
Your team has stated that they "do not know why this happened," but this is unacceptable. Debit orders must always align with the signed mandate, and no company is allowed to split or alter debit order instructions without written or verbal authorisation from the customer.
Because of your actions, my account is now in bad standing, despite me fulfilling my obligations. This situation has placed me at a financial disadvantage, purely due to your non-compliance.
