Urgent Assistance Required for OTP Number Change

I am beyond frustrated with the ongoing nightmare of trying to change my OTP number with Webafrica. Despite numerous attempts, I am completely unable to update it. The only contact option available is WhatsApp, which itself demands an OTP just to start a chat — a ridiculous catch. Meanwhile, the customer portal shamelessly claims there are "minor technical difficulties" affecting the system, as if that’s an excuse for the complete lack of support.

I couldn’t find a single direct email or phone support contact on their website, so I had to reach out to Vumatel. They provided me with ***, only to inform me that it’s an unmanned mailbox that’s no longer in use.

Now, to make matters worse, you’ve decided to force support through WhatsApp Live Chat, which is just as useless. I called Vumatel again, and they told me there’s no other way to contact you.

All I want is for this issue to be resolved. Is that too much to ask?
