Upgraded without my approval & now being charged 4x as much
<p>I got an email to say my usage had gone over limit on the windows shared starter package (by 2MB) and I was being upgraded to a different hosting solution windows standard at R421 p/a so that I didn't have to pay the per MB fees which could be "expensive" but if I didnt want the upgrade I could contact webafrica and be downgraded again. I didnt want the upgrade, I contacted webafrica and it has been over 2 weeks and 10 emails and there has been no downgrade. In fact I am hearing stories now of how I can't downgrade for this and that reason which is ludacriss. Then someone told me to downgrade on my control panel, I get there & lo & behold, I can't downgrade, I can only upgrade and I see my package is now over R800 a year (now double what I was told in the email)! I never signed up for this or agreed to this and am being held hostage. Give me back the plan I signed up for Webafrica or I am moving hosting provider. Really</p>
