Upgrade to 100 megs Fibre from 50 but only peaking at 12 megs ! - *****

I recently requested that my Fibre link at home be upgraded from 50 meg to 100 meg. Vumatel supp**** the fibre and WebAfrica the internet service.

My speed is now peaking at 12 megs download.... I raised 3 support tickets, attached speedtest results and guess what....6 days later and still my download speed is pathetic. Funny how the upload speed went up to 10 megs...

Remember the Speed options are 50 meg download /5 meg upload 100 meg download /10 meg upload

From where I am sitting I wonder how many people are duped of de*****ed in thinking they just bought 100 megs download speed but the truth is that they bought a 3 legged donkey.

I want what I pay for. It is as simple as that. I appeal to the general public to use speedtest applications to see what they really getting from WebAfrica. (besides shocking service, that comes as standard) ;
