Upgrade frustration!

I have been with webafrica since 2018. I have recently needed to request a new installation. The move hous option did not want to work on their app and the highest speed avail in area I moved to was 20/10mbps

The installation was done. Then the person installing advised that the area does have higher speed. I got on the whatsapp line.... coz you CANNOT CALL them!

On 17June 2025 I asked for the upgrade and the agent confirmed it's done, but I must wait till month end for it to take effect! I was patient and waited. On 01 July I contacted them again coz speed ddnt change! This is when the nightmare started! From 01 July I am trying to upgrade today is 05th already and I am still battling to upgrade. All they tell me is that they getting same error I'm getting! WTH! IS THERE NO ONE AT WEBAFRICA THAT CAN DO THEIR JOB EFFICIENTLY???? I WILL BE CANCELLING AFTER 7 YEARS OF LOYALTY
