Upgrade clients to unnecessary UnCappped package to "so called" benefit the client.

<p>In August 2016, Webafrica decided to upgrade clients to a higher tier uncapped package to "so called" benefit them. Where is the benefit. They move you to a higher tier so that you can continue paying the same amount instead of reducing the payment. A 10Mbps line can only sync at 10Mbps. So moving my uncapped package to a 20Mb tier is pointless and stupid.</p> <p>So instead of my account payment being dropped to R784 (including line). They decided to continue letting me pay R900 (including line) and upgrade me to a higher tier which does not benefit me in any way.</p> <p>They have become like Telkom, actually Telkom don't just do as they please with clients contacts.</p> <p>Do you think WebAfrica cares and will be willing to reimburse me... Lets wait and see.</p>
