Untrusted internet service provider

I have recently signed up with Webafrica for internet services. They have sent a technician to install services and the wifi router was delivered later. However I still don't have internet connection and I have been billed for March and April 2024. I have been trying to get hold of Webafrica with no success. It doesn't matter how many queries you log with them. Each time they respond by saying*Mamello Motaung*: Hi Sue Seeku, it seems there hasn't been communication between you and our agent for some time. This chat will now be closed.
