Unstable network

I’ve had webafrica as my network provider for the home wifi for about 3/4 years. It’s been good until this year…

The internet is weird and unstable these days.

Internet is available but it would be only for some apps like WhatsApp and Instagram but if I’d go to google it will load the home page but never a webpage, it would give me a “too long to load message”. Any other app don’t work like Twitter, Trading app and games. It’s really frustrating if you work from home with the internet. I work from home and I’m a trader so I really can’t afford these setbacks, I’d rather switch networks…

I contacted them with all of these problems and no solution from them they keep saying we’ll resolve the issue or a technician will come to the house and non of that has happened.

They are reasonable when it comes to pricing and the internet is quite stable when there’s no issues but if you’re looking for an internet provider now I’d suggest you look elsewhere because it’s not the same at 3 years ago. It’s like internet loadshedding that goes for 6-12 hours sometimes 24 hours.
