************ company that should be avoided at all costs

Worst customer service ever experienced. Please if you were planning on signing up with Webafrica, stay away!!! False advertising, waiting more than 2 weeks for a modem that still hasnt materialised, supposed to be first month free as per advertising, even though after 3 weeks of struggling to get hold of them, they dont answer their phones, respond to emails and their Whatsapp service is an absolute waste of time, they ********ly, unauthorised deducted R1027.54 from my bank acc today. I have on numerous occasions requested this service to be cancelled, I dont even have the promised modem yet, first month is supposed to be free, even if it wasnt free I signed up for R629 per month, they therefore had no legitimate right to take this money from me. Totally ************, *********, worst company I ever dealth with!
