I transferred my line with Webafrica and they want to charge me in excess of R3500. They say its claw back due to cancellation. I tried to explain that this isnt a cancellation but a transfer of the line. Further to this they never did an installation as the line was already installed by the previous tenants ISP. I did a line transfer with my previous ISP and never had to pay a cent. I

i requested that my service be cancelled and I'm being given the run around to get this done. Being held hostage by this ************ organization. Stay away from this ISP.
