Unsatisfied Webafrica customer

Pathetic service can’t get hold of anyone. Not per email not on the whatsup line neither on their phonelines I want to cancel with immediate effect and refund me. I app**** on the 9th of March my account was debited on the 10th I also submitted my rica docoments on the same day All i get from their stupid app is” Pending “ no feedback can’t reach any of their support channels just no reply NOWHERE. Just give me my money back!!!!!!$!&!!
