Unsatisfied customer

The worst internet service provider i have ever used ! My internet has been down for the past week they are failing to send technicians to check it out they continue detecting money from my account even thought the internet issue is not resolved. Their customer service is pathetic they keep sending me to WhatsApp which is not helping with the issue . They do not pick up calls they only care for sales and not maintaining existing customers ! I am being sent from pillar to post with no assistance or whatsoever!!!
