Unsatisfied client in connection with WebAfrica

My husband got into a contract with Web Africa for Fibi but the fibi is not working. It only works in the TV room. The Fibi is supposed to be a 5g. He used WhatsApp to cancel as instructed but now they are threatening him with through email and texts. They called and threatened him again. Is this a business or mafias. They even go as far as saying his cancellation should be the 1st of December and not before. The following message is what they wrote

Reference B*** service has been scheduled for cancellation for the 1st of December 2024

Good to remember if you have a router , you required to return to them within 20 days, if you fail you will be billed R999 for the router and R499 for all other routers or R1999 at the end of the month.

So I might appear to be shipped. Why if I want to cancel now and you want to dictate which date is best suited for you and not the client. This is a total *******.

Discrepancy of the whole thing is that we return the router within 20 days but they want the cancellation should be on the 1st of December. Is this a business or ****a or even mafia.

We are not satisfied as clients. We want to cancel asap. When we call, they drop the phone . Now tell me what do we do or doe go through the attorneys because I sure can.

CANCELLATION PROCESSING FEE Please note that should you decide to cancel your service with us, you will be liable for a R999 cancellation processing fee.

I, Edward Ramabu, agree that I have chosen to cancel my service on 2024-10-10, and that I agree to return my router within 20 days of my cancellation, or if failing to do so will pay the R999. I also agree to pay the cancellation processing fee of R999. I also accept that my line will not be released (in the case of moving to another ISP), until my Webafrica bill is fully paid up.

We opted to courier the router , they said no. Why should we wait until the 1st of December to cancel and sit with something that is not working. They went as threatening through email. What kind of people or business is this. If you promise good service then deliver. The manager called Joan called my husband and send the following email again. It reads as follows :
