Unsatisfied client

I signed up with Web Africa in November of 2022 I only got connected on January 2023 they have been billing thousands and I am only 3 weeks into using their service now they want me to pay for 2 months whilst the 19 rand from the first month special seems to be ignored or forgotten which is why I signed up with them in the first place that I will get the first month free(R. 19.00) nineteen rand for the first month.

They are quick to call and tell you what and when you need to pay my wifi has been down now for 3 days I have no one to call to come and fix it their WhatsApp line only responds after 30 minutes saying there's no agent on the other side what **** service is this
