Unsatisfactory Refund Experience: Webafrica's Double Charge and Delayed Resolution

I am frustrated that Webafrica charged me twice on the 1st of this month. Despite being assured a refund within 3 to 5 working days, I have not received it. Each time I follow up, I am given a new timeline of 2 more days to wait. Now I'm being told they can only address the issue after the 16th. This situation is unacceptable as I rely on that money and they are refusing to refund it.
