Unsatisfactory account.

I joined WEBAFRICA fiber. In January 3x my monthly subscription fees were deducted. After some correspondence, one month's fee was refunded. The third deduction is still with them and suddenly the correspondence from their side stopped. I get no reaction on my request to investigate and explain the duplicate deduction.\
