UNRESPONSIVENESS

My ADSL was not working<br> <br> Called Support and as happens mostly, waited TWENTY minutes and had to hang up because I have a business to run. I did that THREE times through the day. <br> <br> I then sent an email asking for a call back. <br> <br> GOT A CALL BACK A WEEK LATER.<br> They re-set the router on their side and it worked perfectly.<br> <br> THEY COST ME A WEEK OF USING MY DATA !!!!<br> <br> I insisted on talking to a director... that was ignored and they closed the ticket<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
