Unresponsive Whatsapp line and poor service

We have been trying to get hold support via Whatsapp support chat line it's now the 10th day and we haven't gotten anyone to help us. We had an existing service with Webafrica and we upgrade to uncapped MTN. We only got a SIM without a free to use router.

It's now a mission to get the router delivered/order.
