Unresponsive and unreliable service provider. They are fast to take your banking details but you will spend months trying to get hold of them to resolve billing issues and cancel. I signed up for fibre. The router was never delivered as promised. Yet they continued to bill me and only had retentions call me when I demanded a cancellation. Retentions only works to try keep you as a client but 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refunds and for confirmation of cancellation.
