Unresolved query

I have been having a suspension issue since Last week and Thurday and I contact them every single day since then and my query cannot be resolve everyday it's 24hrs then it 48-72hrs then it's 3 to 5 days. I'm so fed up as every person I chat to have something else to say. When asking for a manager they always to busy.
