Unresolved matter for 10 months

I don't even want to give them a quarter star, but I can't write my review without rating. First, I was misled, because the consultant did not know what she was saying or doing. Since 3 October 2023 I struggle to get a supervisor to call me – as Web Africa only have Telephone number to phone for SALES not for any other problems. This is very unprofessional that a client can’t contact Webafrica via telephone call. I have written a letter to complains department of 1348 word and that is in short what happened. Before this letter I have been trying to resolve this issue with no luck. Until know the issue is not resolved and know I am getting letter for debt collects and phone calls. I have explained to them that I am trying to resolve the issue since Oct 2023. Its 10 months now and they just ignore me. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
