Unreliable service provider. just like the government

On the 19TH August 2025 i made a payment and later was told it was made into a wrong account , i spoke to an agent named Tiffaine G who said i should request a refund and i did sent in all required documents and was told refund will be paid within 3-5 working days. On the 22nd Aug i paid again to get my connection up and that was sorted a week later i am told the refund takes 10-15 working days and every damn week their story changes. Today i am on day 15 and guess what this agent Noniko decides to be damn sarcastic with me regarding my request. I am so ****ed and annoyed at this damn issue which doesn't make sense and their agents who this they are top of the crop when it comes to customer service i swear once this is resolved i am taking my business somewhere else. Webafrica needs to do better if it doesn't want to lose more clients. Worst part they have an email turn around time of 48 hours and till today no1 has responded to my email.
