Unreliable Fibre ISP with Poor Support Channels and Near 0 Technical Expertise

Terrible service. Paying for a 100mbps fibre line which can only get between 2-40 mbps based on the assigned IP.

After being bounced between agents I investigated the performance issue and found the root cause myself. Now I am sitting with an aging support ticket telling them exactly what is wrong and not seeing any resolution.

Would not recommend.
