Unreliable and Dishonest
Horrible, unreliable internet service, with staff that is not equipped to assist. They are dishonest and don’t honor their commitments. Do not bring yourself an expensive headache .

24 Apr 2026, 08:20Hi Minenhle,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Reading your feedback, it’s clear how frustrating this has been, particularly dealing with unreliable connectivity and feeling let down by the level of support and follow-through you received. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver.
We’d really like the opportunity to step in and take proper ownership of this. To do so, we need a clearer understanding of the specific issues you’re facing. Please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with your account details and a brief overview of what’s been happening, including any reference numbers, so we can ensure the right team engages and works toward a clear resolution.
Your feedback is important to us and will also be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, focusing on both service reliability and support engagement.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

28 Apr 2026, 10:47Hi Minenhle, we hear your frustration, and we understand how disappointing and exhausting this experience has been for you, especially with repeated troubleshooting, multiple escalations, and still no final resolution after several follow-ups. The delays and lack of consistent updates are not the standard of service we aim to deliver.
We want to confirm that there is a fault currently open with our Technical Faults team, and they are actively working on your case. This includes reviewing the repeated diagnostics, previous escalation notes, and the outstanding feedback required from the upstream teams involved.
We also acknowledge your concern around the extended turnaround times and the impact this has had on your ability to use the service reliably, while still being billed. We understand why this has left you frustrated, and we are treating this matter with urgency to ensure it is properly addressed and resolved.
At this stage, the technical team remains engaged and is working through the escalation path to get a clear outcome and restoration as soon as possible. We will continue to follow up on your behalf and provide you with an update as soon as we have concrete feedback.
Warm regards,

13 Jul 2026, 19:06It’s been 3 months and my issue has still not been resolved. I must say this is quite disappointing. The WiFi cannot even hold one device at a time.
No technician has been sent in these 3 months. All empty promises.

14 Jul 2026, 13:27Hi Minenhle,
We understand how disappointing this has been, especially after three months without a resolution and no technician visit despite the time that has passed. We recognise how frustrating it is to continue experiencing poor connectivity while waiting for progress.
We can confirm that the matter remains under urgent escalation with Frogfoot, and our CCT Team is actively following up to obtain feedback and drive the resolution forward. We understand the length of time this has taken and are continuing to push for an update as a priority.

14 Jul 2026, 14:50I don't think your company understands the term urgent. If this were treated as an urgent matter, I do not think it would take this long to resolve. A person would have been sent out at least a month after me reporting the problem. I mean, your people ask once a month if I have been serviced and I do tell them no. If you understood, I would have received a courtesy call following me stating my problem still hasn't been resolved. Please give me timelines as to when I must deem the problem unsolvable, because it is quite frustrating to pay for services I do not receive.

14 Jul 2026, 15:24Hi Minenhle,
We understand your frustration, and we recognise that the length of time this has taken is unacceptable.
At this stage, we're unable to provide a confirmed resolution timeline, as it depends on feedback from the relevant network partner. As soon as we receive a confirmed update or next step, it will be communicated to you.
