Unreasonable Cancellation Fee

I had difficulty cancelling my services and was then billed R1,998.00, which includes a R999 cancellation fee and the remaining balance for the router. I had to contact customer support through phone and chat just to clarify what the charges were for and to find out how to return the router. I find the pricing to be unreasonable.
