Unreachable all the time

I am frustrated at the means of contact provided by Webafrica. I need urgent assistance as the second line on our property is disconnected. It is clear the black box outside the property has been tampered with but I am unable to log a call because I can't get in touch with anybody on the whatsapp line. This is not the first time I have had trouble getting in touch with Webafrica
