Unreachable - 4 week delay in VOIP request

Impossible to deal with. Their WhatsApp bot does not allow you to end Chats to start a follow up after an agent has taken more than 28 hours to begin to engage with you via WhatsApp. Ordered VOIP service 4 weeks ago. Zero response to this application and cannot get an update via any channel.
