Unprossional and rude staff

I spoke to an agent called Tiyisela from sales department, she is so disrespectful and rude towards client,she even hung up the phone on me twice,is this the kind of staff you hire to deal with your clients,if you are serious about being in business,the company and staff must start acting professional,it is so pathetic
