Unprofessional service from wepafrica watssapp group....

I've been in contact with wepafrica for 8 days and everytime they transfer me to a different person but the problem just doesn't want to go away. They send me different easypay reference number but the problem is still there .it's so annoying just to think they such a big business but they can't deliver. I went to different shops and stores wasting my time to stand in lines for payment when I get to the pay point then they tell me the system show them the account is invalid it's so frustrating I mean I've been walking to shops to do payment but when I get there it's all for nothing. I spend days on my phone to sort this matter out but nothing gets sorted out I'm so furious about this it's 8 days now and still nothing is sorted I really don't know what to do anymore wepafrica wattsapp chat group is useless unprofessional and pathetic they take people for a ride wasting our time our energy I don't want to go on I'm really very upset with wepafrica including thier watddapp group..... from very angry customer.
