Unprofessional and *********** service from Webafrica

Good day, I had an openserve 30 day free trial fibre and installed in my house in April. After several unprofessional and no assistance calls and directed to a whatsapp group that is completely unhelpful and using prescribed responses to the customer and in that sense no help provided. Then the technicians came out on the 28 July saying the activated the Fibre, I just have to call webafrica in order to get the wifi router, which i did. Since then I have had endless problems to get this router installed. Webafrica service is pathetic and I don't see why like any service provider you can to to a human being. I a livid by there service and today I was promised again that the router will be delivered within 2-5days.i have all the whatsapp messages as proof of my frustration. I need this sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you
