Unpaid refund

Webafrica doesn't care a bit about their customers,been waiting for my refund since the 4th of July,they keep on promising me lies,they don't want to pay me back my money,they even went as further as blocking me on Facebook because I want my money back......I wouldn't advice anyone to use them at all......really bad customer service!
