unmanned business.... no human interaction.

Goodluck getting hold of someone when their billing stops working and they cut your line. It seems webafrica is a fully automated unmanned business whch relies on automated emails and whatsapp messages, even support tickets goes nowhere. i am stuck without internet since they keep refunding my debit orders...my bank also simply shake their heads... so i am stuck, cannot move my line since webafrica has not rleased it, and i have no eft details to do a manual payment in order to carry on with some form of connectivity until i can move to a different service provider. stuck and frustrated.....
