******** decution from bank account

Web Africa deducted R1999 from my bank account without permission. I upgraded from LTE to Fibre and made 100% sure that there would be no installation costs and that the old LTE router wouldn't be charged for. They would deliver the new Fibre router and take the LTE router back. On the day of exchange, the WebAfrica delivery idiot told me that they no longer take back the Huawai routers and i can keep it, free of charge. Everything was recorded and confirmed and this morning R1999 was deducted as "Clawback" for the LTE router.

That is theft. I want my money back or i'm making a ******** case against Web Africa.
