I tried to get internet through Webafrica at the beginning of May, however shortly after sending through my application they phoned me to tell me that my order had been cancelled because my address is not on their grid. I contacted a different ISP who was able to make a plan and get our internet up and running.

A few days ago I randomly got an email saying my fibre had been installed, and that my account would be debited on 1 July. I tried phoning multiple times, as well as sending emails, to which I have received no reply. They debited my account for the value of R2777 for “installation” however they were never even on my property! If anyone knows how to get through to them (because they seem to be ignoring everyone) please let me know.
