Unkept Promises

Webafrica and Dawn Wing really do not have any communication skills. Very hard to get ahold of, if at all. I've been waiting for a router I ordered on Thursday and was promised delivery on Friday but nothing. I have now been spending my money buying data for work everyday when I've been promised a router by people who do not even care to respond or tell me what is happening with my order. Who is going to refund me for all of these days? Webafrica? Dawn Wing? Really awful service.
