Unkept promises

I paid for fibre installation and was promised that the installation will be done in 14 days. I cancelled my other internet connection because of that. Note that, I need the connection for work. Two months later, no connection has been done. I have contacting webafrica for help via WhatsApp, they have been promising to get it done and sort things out with their installer but still nothing. I am now unable to work because of no internet connection. Can I please get some assistance? This is affecting me a great deal
