Unhelpful service

Most unhelpful company took out fiber with them in December and was promised 1 month free after that they say free trail is over go on and update payment details go online update payment details they showing amount due as R529 per month which happy to pay when going on the link to make payment is show R0 due and keep taking R5 from my account instead of the full amount now they suspended the service and every time try to contact them on call or WhatsApp there no help....If you do care about your customer call them back my number is ***.
