unhelpful agent

I am disgusted by the service I received from Abduragmaan. I app**** for wifi for my aunt using my details but the people i spoke to on WhatsApp is unable to assist me with anything The payment was made from my account, and still nobody called to say when the installation would be done. Abduragmaan doesnt even want to call my aunt to explain anything after we paid. Nobody came back to us not a single piece of help was given this is distasteful service
